Making our dreams come true

Back in 2005 I unexpectedly met the light of my life.  She is the most wonderful thing to have ever happened to me.

We have had challenges that have tested our relationship, things that life has thrown at us, but we have been able to overcome all of them.  We have been able to spend the last 6 years together looking forward to every day we have with each other.

A match made in heaven.  How many times have we heard that?  It isn't often that we are able to find the person that is so far beyond anyone we have ever met that, but I have met my perfect soulmate.  We also have a beautiful baby boy who was born in 2008.   Our cute blonde baby boy loves life and loves being with his mommy, daddy, and 3 brothers.

In 2009, we were separated by economic reality.  I had to move out of state to take a job, and now we are separated by over 1000 miles.  Since then, we have maintained a long distance relationship, but that isn't sustainable forever, so we are trying to move the rest of the family to where I live to once again be together and be able to spend our time together as a family.  Unfortunately, to move out of state, she has to petition the court to be able to remove the two oldest boys.  Their dad is fighting it, despite our offers of very liberal visitation.  Before you feel sorry for him, please know he has stolen and sold military items that would have been used to protect our soldiers in the middle east.  He was tried and convicted, did time for it.  His facebook profile picture shows him holding a gun to someone's head.

We have filed the petition for removal, and are moving it forward as quickly as we can.  This is a lengthy and expensive process, and that is why we would be so appreciative of any help you can provide.  Beyond that, moving will be quite expensive as well.  Our goal is to have an intact family, and the only way we can do this is through the legal process.  We are confident we will win, and promise to keep you all updated as we move forward with our lives.

Thank you for reading our blog, and for anything you can contribute to our cause.
